I will talk about current status of IPv6 stack and will also discuss upcoming IPv6 features including

  • IPv6 over Firewire
  • SEND (Securing Neighbour Discovery)
  • UDP with zero-checksum

In this session, I will also discuss future directions of IPv6 networking as well. Audience: basic knowledge of Linux networking stack is recommended.



Keio University
Yoshifuji Hideaki was born in Tokyo, Japan. He received the B.Eng., and M. of Information Sciences from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 1999 and 2001, and the Ph.D. of Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo in 2004, respectively.
